Compensation:

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required Professional demeanor with a confident attitude Strong communication skills via phone, text and email Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Ability to manage time effectively and make at least 25 calls per day Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated Ability to listen actively and deliver a superior customer experience Strong follow-up and accurate record-keeping skills Ability to think quickly and adapt in as fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement Call center experience is a plus, but not required Interest in PEOPLE Availability to work Saturdays and some Sundays Come learn more about what we offer at the ever-growing Morgan Auto Group family of car dealerships.
