Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new B2B accounts Visit coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and country clubs Present coffee programs, equipment, and barista training solutions Conduct coffee tastings and product demonstrations Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements Manage customer onboarding and implementation Build relationships with owners, chefs, F&B directors, and purchasing managers Track opportunities through CRM systems Meet monthly and annual sales targets Identify market trends and competitor activities Preferred Experience +2 years in B2B sales Coffee, beverage, foodservice, hospitality, or restaurant industry experience Existing relationships in South Florida hospitality market Experience selling premium products CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Driver's license and willingness to travel locally Required Skills Prospecting and cold calling Relationship selling Presentation and negotiation Pipeline management Fluent English Spanish and Portuguese are major advantages in South Florida Strong organization and follow-up Passion for coffee and hospitality Performance Indicators (KPIs) New accounts opened per month Monthly coffee volume sold Revenue growth Customer retention rate Number of weekly sales visits Proposal-to-close conversion rate Ideal Candidate Summary Energetic, relationship-driven sales professional with experience in coffee, hospitality, foodservice, or beverage sales. Proven ability to develop new business, build long-term customer relationships, and grow wholesale accounts. Passionate about coffee, customer service, and helping businesses improve their beverage programs.
