We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our roofing division. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the construction industry while earning strong commissions. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with condo associations, property managers, vendors, and engineers . Identify and develop new business opportunities for roofing projects . Prepare and present professional proposals and roofing solutions to clients. Work closely with internal project and operations teams to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction . Stay informed about roofing systems, materials, and industry trends . What We're Looking For Sales experience preferred ( roofing or construction sales is a strong plus ). Knowledge of roofing systems and materials is highly desirable. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively . Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment .
