Responsibilities Generate your own commercial sales opportunities Build relationships with property managers, builders, HOAs, business owners, and decision-makers Prospect through networking events, referrals, canvassing, and organic outreach Conduct on-site inspections and presentations Educate clients on solutions and project scope Manage deals from initial conversation through close Maintain a strong personal pipeline and follow-up process Represent the LeafFilter brand professionally in the marketplace What We're Looking For Highly motivated self-starter Strong communication and relationship-building skills Competitive mindset with entrepreneurial drive Comfortable prospecting and creating opportunities Ability to overcome objections and close confidently Organized and disciplined with follow-up Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Sales experience preferred, but mindset and work ethic matter most
