Job Overview Floridas Premier mobile home contractor is seeking a detail-oriented, and highly motivated Inspector/Sales Consultant to join our team. This role requires an individual who is comfortable in small, confined spaces. Construction background a plus. Competitive commissions with high earning potential. Training, and Company vehicle provided. Drug free environment. This exciting position combines the vital responsibilities of inspecting mobile homes to ensure quality standards are met with actively engaging customers to drive sales and enhance their experience. As an Inspector/Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance, conducting thorough inspections, and promoting our offerings with enthusiasm. thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow your career while making a positive impact! Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inspections of mobile homes to identify needed repairs, and compliance standards. (must be able to inspect the crawl space area) Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions. Promote and upsell products or services by highlighting features and benefits that meet customer requirements. Document inspection results accurately and report any discrepancies or issues promptly to management. Assist customers throughout their purchasing journey, answering questions, providing demonstrations, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all inspection tools are properly calibrated and ready for use. Collaborate with team members to improve inspection procedures and customer service processes. Requirements Must have a valid drivers license Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, with a passion for helping others. Strong communication skills to clearly explain inspection findings and product benefits. Ability to perform detailed inspections with precision and attention to detail. Energetic attitude with a proactive approach to engaging customers and closing sales. Basic technical skills or familiarity with inspection tools is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with inspections. A positive mindset focused on delivering excellent service and building lasting customer relationships.
