Outside Sales Representative

Job Overview We are hiring motivated Door-to-Door Fiber Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing telecommunications sales team. This is a high-income opportunity for driven individuals who are competitive, coachable, and confident speaking with homeowners face-to-face. Representatives will promote high-speed fiber internet services in assigned territories and help customers switch to faster, more reliable internet solutions. This is a commission-based sales role with uncapped earning potential, performance incentives, and opportunities for leadership growth. Previous door-to-door or sales experience is preferred but not required — training is provided. Duties Prospect and generate new customers through door-to-door outreach Educate homeowners on fiber internet products, pricing, and benefits Build rapport and overcome objections professionally Close sales and submit customer applications accurately Work assigned neighborhoods and maintain daily activity goals Attend team meetings and sales training sessions Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in the field Requirements Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and competitive mindset Ability to work independently outdoors for extended periods Reliable transportation preferred Smartphone required for sales applications and communication Sales or customer service experience is a plus Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Uncapped commission structure Weekly pay Performance bonuses and incentives Leadership and management growth opportunities Comprehensive sales training provided Flexible advancement opportunities based on performance Schedule Monday to Saturday Full-time Flexible hours based on territory and team schedule Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for someone who wants to earn based on performance rather than hourly pay.
