No cold consumer calls, No aggressive selling, No commission-only structure Quality conversations, not volume dialing This role supports project-based outreach using Dodge Construction reports. Familiarity with Dodge Construction, Bluebook, helpful What You'll Be Doing Calling 75-125 dials in the 4 hour time period to warm, project-based leads from Dodge Construction reports Speaking with architects, general contractors and municipal purchasing departments transferring bidding opportunities to salesperson if needed Leaving short, professional voicemails when appropriate Logging call outcomes accurately NO cold consumer calls. NO pitching. NO pricing discussions.

We're hiring a B2B phone outreach specialist to support outbound calls to architects, municipalities, and general contractors working on active construction projects. Calls are project-specific not selling, not pitching, not cold consumer dialing. What We're Looking For

REQUIRED

Clear, English only, professional phone presence Comfortable speaking with architects, engineers, and construction professionals Able to follow short safe scripts exactly on every call Calm, confident, and respectful on the phone, helpful voice Experience with any of the following is a plus: Bonus if you have: B2B outreach or inside sales experience, exposure Construction industry exposure B2B phone outreach, Dodge Construction, Bluebook, or similar What This Is NOT ❌ Not commission-only ❌ Not aggressive sales ❌ Not high-volume dialing, no predictive dialer ❌ Not consumer or retail calling If you've done real B2B outreach , you'll recognize this immediately.
