We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires effective communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities for
Sales Account Representative:
Expand opportunities on professional relationships with existing customer base. Create, build, nurture and maintain successful business relationships with new prospects. Exercise diligence in planning, following up, organizing, and networking to advise customers of products and services. Meet or exceed monthly activity goals & objectives. Manage, organize, and maintain accurate customer profiles, records, activities and contacts. Qualifications for
Sales Account Representative:
Min 2 years as an Account Representative; professional sales experience. Effective communication skills & etiquette as this position requires contact with our customers. Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Contact Manager Software. Proven experience utilizing the Internet to research additional information about existing base and to seek out new business opportunities. Efficient organizational skills; attention to detail and ability to multi-task in an activity driven work environment. Proven record of attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to maintain positive attitude and enthusiasm while working in a team environment.
