You will sit at homeowners' kitchen tables, walk them through their painting project, and close the work with clear scopes and honest pricing. Strong communication skills and comfort running in-home consultations define this role.
Who You Are:
You are a confident closer who can ask for the sale and handle objections without flinching. You take pride in precision, accurate scopes, and pricing a homeowner can trust. You love guiding people through a decision and making them feel certain they chose right. You are independent and run your own schedule without someone looking over your shoulder. You bring a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. You bring comfort with CRM tools and a willingness to follow a proven sales process. You have at least 1 year of sales experience.

What You Will Do Each Day:
Lead homeowners through structured in-home consultations. Present clear, accurate project scopes and pricing. Build trust through professionalism and straight talk. Work the pre-qualified leads we provide. Carry each customer experience from first visit to finished job.
