Our portfolio includes heavy-duty corrugated, engineered foam, Mil-Spec packaging and specialty wood crates and pallets. We are expanding in Central Florida and need a seasoned sales professional to target technology and manufacturing sectors. Position Summary We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Representative with a proven track record selling into high-regulatory environments. In this role, you will help secure business with aerospace, defense, and medical device manufacturers across Central Florida. You will leverage your technical knowledge of foam, corrugated, and/or wood crating to deliver packaging solutions that meet strict shipping requirements.
Key Responsibilities Target High-Value Sectors :
Identify, prospect, and close new business specifically within aerospace, defense, and medical device manufacturing.
Consultative Selling :
Analyze complex client supply chains to recommend custom engineered foam, heavy-duty corrugated, or wood crating solutions.
Navigate Complex Sales :
Manage long-term, multi-layered sales cycles involving procurement, quality assurance engineers, and government compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work with an internal design team to develop solutions and prototypes that meet precise shipping requirements.
Account Retention :
Manage and scale high-value corporate accounts through technical support and consistent service and delivery.
Qualifications & Experience Industry Experience :
Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience selling heavy-duty corrugated packaging, engineered foam packaging, or specialty wood crates/pallets.
Niche Market Expertise :
Proven success selling packaging solutions directly to aerospace, defense, or medical device companies.
Mil-Spec Familiarity :
Strong understanding of military packaging standards (Mil-Spec packaging regulations), cleanroom constraints, or ESD protection.
Regional Knowledge :
Familiarity with the Central Florida industrial corridors (Space Coast, Orlando, Tampa manufacturing hubs). What We Offer Competitive base salary with an uncapped, commission structure.
