Vehicle Inventory & Sales Coordinator

Euro Auto Trend is a growing used car dealership in Saint Cloud, FL. We take pride in presenting quality vehicles and delivering a smooth, professional buying experience. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to take ownership of our vehicle photography, inventory listings, and sales paperwork process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Vehicle Photography & Presentation

• Photograph all inventory vehicles to showcase them in the best possible light
• Inspect vehicles before shooting — address dirt, smudges, and visible imperfections
• Coordinate with and guide detailers to ensure vehicles are clean and photo-ready
• Maintain a consistent, professional look across all vehicle photos Inventory Listing & Management
• Create accurate, detailed vehicle listings on platforms like AutoTrader, CarGurus, Facebook Marketplace, and our website
• Upload photos, write vehicle descriptions, and keep pricing and availability current
• Monitor active listings, respond to inquiries, and track leads
• Remove sold vehicles promptly and keep inventory organized Sales & Title/Paperwork Processing
• Manage the vehicle sale process from first contact through delivery
• Prepare and process all sales documentation: buyer's orders, bills of sale, and financing paperwork
• Handle title transfers, lien releases, and tag/registration work accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with Florida DMV requirements
• Maintain organized deal files for all sold vehicles

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior experience in automotive sales, dealership operations, or title/tag work strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
• Comfortable with photography and presenting vehicles professionally
• Proficient with computers, online listing platforms, and general office software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Florida dealer/title experience is a plus

PAY & BENEFITS

• $18.00
• $22.00 per hour, based on experience
• Full-Time position
• 10 days paid time off per year
