In this energetic role, you will drive business growth by connecting with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients to promote our innovative exterior cleaning solutions, focusing on helping homeowners protect and maintain their properties. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help expand our market presence, build lasting customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a fast-paced, supportive environment dedicated to excellence and growth. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation strategies. Educate customers on the benefits of professional roof soft washing and exterior cleaning. Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities and customer outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management and follow-up. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that meet customer needs while achieving company sales targets. Provide estimates and close sales Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales performance data. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads. Experience Proven success in outside sales, Previous outside sales experience preferred Home services, roofing, pressure washing, landscaping, pest control, solar, or construction sales experience is a plus Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for lead tracking and analysis. Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and upsell effectively. Demonstrated ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach efforts. Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus, along with a solid understanding of marketing principles.
