While our company is relatively new, our leadership team brings decades of experience representing tenants and occupiers throughout Florida and across the country. About Our Team Partner with over 25 years of experience specializing in office and industrial tenant representation throughout Tampa Bay and Florida. Partner with 25 years of tenant representation experience, including 21 years in New York City and the last 4 years in Tampa Bay representing national and regional tenants. Supported by an experienced marketing professional with a background at one of the region's larger commercial real estate firms. Who We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced commercial real estate broker or salesperson who has an established foundation and track record but is looking for a more entrepreneurial platform. This opportunity is ideal for someone who: Has commercial real estate brokerage experience and can operate independently. Does not need to be taught the business but values collaboration and support. Wants the freedom to build and manage their practice without micromanagement. Appreciates working in a team-oriented environment while maintaining autonomy.
