The first steps toward our success is someone in this position that can solve, identify challenges and what is needed to meet the customers' needs
  • from quoting, purchase order, job creation and addressing any areas of concern that arise.
This position will be responsible for aligning logistics and using scheduling and engineering resources to determine best delivery production and timeline. Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Sales Administration and Customer Support, this role will act as the customer voice and driving action resolution while ensuring proper communication internally and externally. teams are comprised of scheduling, engineering, purchasing, quality, operations and leadership. This important role of Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring the seamless support to our customers regarding the following needs: Request for Quotes
  • Quotes from customers, ensure quotes are loaded, drawings and details of the RFQ. Support quoters in ensuring any questions or specs, drawings they might require that are missing are obtained. Once quote is completed, ensure forwarded to the necessary buyer. If there are quoting delays and we go past due date of RFQ, you will be responsible to communicate with customers. Purchase Orders
  • Confirm all necessary information and all necessary documents received.
Address any concerns with POs. Customer Communication-Changes to existing POs are supported, delivery schedule based on Actron scheduling team. Awareness to any material, manufacturing, delivery delays. Organize meetings with Actron Engineering concerns and customer conference call. Ensuring the subject matter experts are on the call to discuss and resolve manufacturing challenges. Quality Communication
  • Forward any direct customer concerns, RMAs or questions to the necessary quality member. Ensure awareness items are resolved, responded to and customer satisfaction is maintained. Access customer electronic portals. Regular Weekly Scheduled Reports
  • several customers request updated Open Job Report on all undeliverable open items. Ensure Actron meets customer expectations and communication on delivery timelines. Support Production Team
  • Address any production needs.
This would include production run shortages, questions about partial delivery, issues with material, drawing or anything that might hold up production. What You'll Do Direct contact with customers on all things. Support directly with quotes, processing POs, status reports, change orders, forward to other parties where applicable like quality, engineering, purchasing or quoting questions. Support loading quotes that arrive from your customers and ensure we meet due dates of pending quotes. Ensure POs are entered and processed timely. Address any concerns to resolve outstanding POS. Weekly schedule status report, as required by customers. Communication on time or if we have delays, based on the scheduler provided data. Forward quality RMA and other concerns to the quality team. Ensure responses and concerns are addressed and communication has taken place. Request any missing documents drawings, parts lists, CAD files to complete quoting and manufacturing. Questions from production team related to processed jobs are addressed. Address with customer if purchasing/engineering notify of hard to purchase materials, pricing hikes, obsolete materials. Required you are in direct communication with the customer until resolved. Direct communicator with issues to support the customer. Support all areas of operations as external customer service needs and support internal customer service needs to communication and resolve any and all concerns. What You'll bring Customer Service experience at some level in, aerospace, ideally with exposure to POs, manufacturing or as a buyer. Ability to process POs, data entry, decision making, analytical skills, ability to learn, multi-task. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate programs needs manufacturing operations. A practical, hands-on mindset with ability to balance customer needs with operational execution.
