What You'll Be Responsible For Calling and qualifying company provided leads Setting and running in home estimates Using our mobile showroom to present flooring options Measuring, building proposals, and closing on the spot Following up aggressively on open estimates Managing your jobs from contract to completion You will have: Office space at our showroom Company generated leads Full product training CRM system Marketing support You will NOT have: A base salary Someone chasing you to make calls Excuses accepted Requirements Pickup truck capable of pulling a trailer or mobile showroom Strong phone presence Confident in home sales ability Able to make 50+ outbound calls daily Self motivated and competitive Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays This position is 100 percent commission. If you close, you make money. If you don't close, you don't get paid. Top performers earn six figures. Underperformers quit within 30 days.
