This role combines company-provided leads with self-generated business through canvassing and referrals, creating a strong opportunity for motivated individuals to build a high-income career in the roofing and storm restoration industry. We are looking for individuals who are confident speaking with homeowners, comfortable working outdoors, and motivated to earn based on performance. No roofing experience required. Sales experience is helpful but not necessary — we provide paid training and a proven sales system.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Run company-provided appointments with homeowners Generate additional opportunities through canvassing and referrals Perform roof and exterior inspections for storm-related damage Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance restoration Build relationships with homeowners and close sales Manage projects from inspection through completion Attend weekly training and team development meetings
