New York just got a telecom shake-up, and Sarasota's next. Gold Era Capital is expanding its Frontier sales team, and we're looking for someone who actually likes closing deals. No cold calling from a cubicle. No script reading. You'll be with clients, helping real customers understand what the Verizon-Frontier merger means for their home, better speeds, no data caps, and TV bundles worth having. We'll train you from day one. No experience required, just drive, personality, and the ability to show up ready to work. The people on our team who grow fast aren't the ones with the longest résumés. Explore current service frustrations through open dialogue and position Frontier bundles as practical solutions in early sales conversations. Clarify pricing tiers and promotional offers in plain language, removing confusion and empowering confident sales decisions about home connectivity. Champion a customer-first experience by walking customers through installation scheduling and account setup, reinforcing trust throughout the sales journey. Oversee sales documentation with careful attention to accuracy, preventing delays and protecting the integrity of every sales transaction. Sustain momentum by checking in with warm leads, offering personalized reminders that convert initial interest into finalized sales. Qualities of a
