Our company specializes in custom softwash rigs, equipment, chemicals, parts, and contractor training. We've built our reputation through exceptional customer service, industry knowledge, and long-term relationships with our customers. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to become a key part of our team. Position Overview The Customer Success Specialist will become the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire sales and ownership experience. From the initial rig inquiry to build updates, delivery, training, ongoing support, and repeat sales, this role is centered around building relationships and creating an outstanding customer experience. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage incoming rig sales, communicate with customers throughout the build process, answer questions about rigs and chemicals, provide post-sale training and support, and maintain long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and upselling opportunities. This role is critical in helping ownership focus on operations, production, and high-level problem solving by taking ownership of customer communication and follow-up. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers purchasing softwash rigs and equipment Handle incoming sales inquiries for rigs, chemicals, parts, and supplies Communicate regularly with customers throughout the rig build process with updates, timelines, and support Answer customer questions regarding rigs, systems, chemicals, troubleshooting, and product recommendations Conduct customer onboarding and training after rigs are completed Follow up consistently with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and success Build strong long-term relationships that encourage repeat business Upsell customers on chemicals, parts, accessories, supplies, and upgrades Monitor and engage in Facebook groups and social media communities related to softwashing and exterior cleaning Respond quickly to comments, questions, and opportunities online Help promote the company by actively networking and engaging with contractors online Maintain organized customer records and communication through CRM systems Work closely with production and management teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable talking with customers throughout the day via phone, text, email, and social media Highly organized and able to manage multiple customers and projects at once Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities Experience in softwashing, pressure washing, exterior cleaning, contractor sales, or related industries is strongly preferred Sales experience and customer service experience preferred Proficient with Facebook and social media engagement Comfortable learning rig systems, equipment, and chemical applications Self-motivated, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable position with a growing and respected company Long-term growth opportunities Supportive team environment Paid time off Ongoing industry training and development Schedule Full-Time Monday - Friday Occasional weekends for trade shows, training events, or industry gatherings
