Job Description

Sales Coordinator - Field Sales Support In-Office Hourly with bonus incentive opportunities!!! The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing all scheduled sales appointments, supporting field sales representatives, and ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency across daily operations. This role serves as the central communication hub between field reps and internal operations, ensuring appointments are filled, schedules remain optimized, and reps are fully supported in the field. Core Responsibilities Manage daily appointment blocks to ensure every field rep has at least three solid, qualified appointments per day Fill schedule gaps created by cancellations within the last 24 hours to maintain full calendars Update the sales presentation page and internal reporting dashboards in real time with appointment outcomes, sales results, and rep updates Serve as the primary point of contact for all field sales rep communications throughout the day Monitor and ensure field reps arrive on time for scheduled appointments Adjust and push appointment times proactively when reps are running behind schedule Resolve field challenges, including: Assisting reps who cannot locate customers Coordinating access to gated communities or restricted areas Addressing appointment confusion or access issues in real time Ancillary Responsibilities Conduct quality review (QR) calls for incomplete or unsuccessful demonstrations to determine issues and improve future outcomes Maintain data hygiene by ensuring: Customer sourcing is accurate Addresses are verified Names and contact information are correct Provide daily summaries of: Broken or incomplete demos Trends and root causes Recommendations and improvement plans to increase conversion rates Required Skills & Qualifications Strong scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to direct and support field staff in real time Ability to handle fast-moving schedules and frequent changes Experience with CRM systems and scheduling tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively Preferred Experience Experience supporting field sales teams, route management, or dispatch coordination Familiarity with CRM systems and real-time scheduling tools Experience in sales support, sales operations, or customer service environments
Pay:
