Job Description

Due to remarkable growth, Johnson Honda of Stuart has the exciting opportunity to expand its team of Sales Appointment Center , (BDC) Associates ! We are seeking friendly, goal-oriented individuals with positive attitudes to fill open positions immediately. Bring your ambition and passion, and we will take care of the rest! . Essential Responsibilities:
Contacting and communicating with guests to identify their automotive needs; Responsible for tracking, responding to, and managing all Internet sales leads; Monitors incoming email traffic and internet inquiries; Develops guest prospecting file upon receipt of a lead; Quotes pricing, rates and automobile availability to guests within department guidelines; Schedules sales appointments and pairs guests with Sales Consultants if necessary; Maintain and update notes and information in the customer database; Keep abreast of new features and available accessories, and translates their benefits to guests; Direct guests to product information resources; Maintain high customer satisfaction scores, gross averages and monthly unit counts; Develop career skills through regular training and instructions; Research available vehicles and relevant products; Learn, understand and abide by Federal, State and Local laws. Other duties as assigned by management. .
Job Requirements:
Business Development Center experience is preferred; Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet, and CRM; Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills; Possess outstanding negotiation skills; Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment; Must be able to meet company s employment requirements; Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, driving record check, and we E-Verify Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work on Saturday and Sunday .
