The Opportunity We're seeking a Customer & Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team in Sunrise, Florida . This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike. As a key member of our operations team, you'll work closely with sales representatives, and other internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience. From order support and account maintenance to marketing assistance and administrative coordination, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day success of the business. What You'll Do Process orders received through our website and other e-commerce platforms Create and maintain customer accounts, ensuring documentation and account records are accurate and up to date. Support the sales team with account maintenance, order management, customer requests, and administrative tasks. Monitor shared inboxes and ensure inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service requests, providing professional and responsive support via email. Perform various administrative and operational support tasks, including shipping coordination, marketing initiatives, and website maintenance. Collaborate with Purchasing, Accounting, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth internal workflows and customer satisfaction. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, administrative support, or a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience working with CRM systems, business software platforms, or order management systems is preferred. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
