This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, tracking project progress, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively manage multiple priorities at once. Responsibilities Coordinate projects from contract execution through completion. Schedule appointments, field personnel, subcontractors, and material deliveries. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout active projects. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Track project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks. Communicate project updates to customers and internal teams. Assist with permit tracking and project compliance requirements. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders and deliveries. Support leadership with reporting and administrative tasks. Help identify process improvements and operational efficiencies. Qualifications 2+ years of project coordination, construction coordination, office management, or related experience. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Experience in construction, remodeling, home services, or a related industry preferred. Ideal Candidate Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong follow-through and accountability. Customer-service focused. Professional and positive attitude. Comfortable working in a growing company environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
