B2B Countertop Sales Representative - Builders, Designers, Cabinet Shops & Trade Accounts Full-Time | Outside Sales | Uncapped Commission + Draw Support Bello Tops is looking for an experienced countertop / stone fabrication sales professional to build recurring B2B relationships across Tampa Bay with cabinet shops, kitchen & bath dealers, builders, remodelers, designers, contractors, and property investors. This is not an entry-level retail sales role. The ideal candidate understands countertop fabrication, templating, slabs, quartz, natural stone, installation details, and how to develop repeat trade accounts. Existing industry relationships are strongly preferred, especially with cabinet shops, K&B dealers, builders, remodelers, designers, contractors, property investors, or other repeat trade accounts. Compensation includes an uncapped commission plan with draw support during the ramp-up period. First-year target earnings are $50,000-$120,000+, with significant upside for a proven B2B salesperson who can bring or develop recurring trade accounts. Candidates with existing relationships in the countertop, cabinetry, builder, remodeler, or design community may qualify for enhanced commission opportunities on self-generated B2B accounts. This role is ideal for a salesperson who wants to turn industry relationships into repeat countertop fabrication and installation revenue, with support from an upgraded shop, showroom, and leadership team. About Bello Tops Bello Tops is a countertop fabrication company serving residential and commercial clients across the greater Tampa Bay area. We have recently upgraded our operation with advanced CNC equipment, cranes, laser templating, a modernized shop workflow, and a new showroom and office environment. With strong supplier relationships, competitive material pricing, and reliable fabrication and installation capabilities, we are positioned for growth. We are looking for the right salesperson to help us build a steady pipeline of repeat trade business. Position Overview This is primarily an outside B2B sales role focused on developing recurring relationships with cabinet shops, kitchen & bath dealers, builders, remodelers, designers, contractors, and other trade partners. You will sell full-service countertop solutions, including material sourcing, fabrication, templating, and installation. You may also sell fabrication-only or turnkey services depending on the needs of the trade partner. Inbound showroom and homeowner opportunities may also be handled, but the primary mission is to build repeat B2B accounts and help build a predictable pipeline of repeat fabrication and installation revenue. The right candidate will have operational support from our showroom, estimating, fabrication, templating, installation, and project coordination teams so they can focus on building accounts and closing business. Key Responsibilities Develop recurring trade accounts with cabinet shops, K&B dealers, builders, remodelers, designers, contractors, and property investors. Call on existing and prospective trade partners throughout Tampa Bay. Build a pipeline of repeat countertop fabrication and installation work. Sell turnkey countertop packages as well as fabrication-only or install-only services where appropriate. Respond quickly to inbound leads and convert qualified opportunities into closed sales. Meet with homeowners, builders, designers, cabinet shops, and remodelers. Guide clients through material selection, edge profiles, sinks, seams, backsplashes, finishes, and installation expectations. Present proposals and close deals professionally. Maintain account notes, follow-up cadence, quoted opportunities, and expected close dates in CRM. Collaborate with shop management, project managers, fabricators, templaters, and installers to ensure job details are accurate before production. Help identify high-volume partners and create a plan to grow them into repeat accounts. Required Qualifications 2+ years of countertop, stone, cabinetry, remodeling, builder, or construction trade sales experience. Strong understanding of countertop fabrication, templating, slabs, edge profiles, sinks, seams, backsplashes, install coordination, and job handoffs. Proven ability to prospect, follow up, and develop B2B accounts. Comfortable visiting cabinet shops, builders, designers, jobsites, and showrooms. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Strong communication, organization, CRM discipline, and follow-through. Strongly Preferred Existing Tampa Bay relationships with cabinet shops, K&B dealers, builders, remodelers, designers, contractors, or property investors. Experience selling quartz, granite, marble, quartzite, porcelain, Dekton, or countertop fabrication services. Documented history of growing repeat trade accounts. Bilingual English/Spanish. Compensation & Benefits Uncapped commission plan. Draw support during ramp-up for the right candidate. First-year target earnings of $50,000-$120,000+. Are you comfortable working in an uncapped commission-based outside sales role with draw support during the ramp-up period? Do you currently have relationships with cabinet shops, K&B dealers, builders, designers, remodelers, contractors, developers, fabricators, or property investors in the Tampa Bay area?
