In-Home Comfort Advisor / HVAC Sales Consultant ACS Home Services Serving the Greater Tampa Area for Over a Decade At ACS, we proudly provide residential HVAC service, maintenance, and replacement solutions throughout Central Florida. With four locations and a strong reputation for delivering a red-carpet customer experience, we've built a business that stays busy year-round. Unlike many companies that experience slow seasons, our focus on preventive maintenance and our highly successful membership program generate consistent demand and create a steady flow of opportunities for our sales team. To be successful in this position, you need to be skilled at high value proposition sales. Our average tickets are around $15K. Compensation We are offering a sign-on bonus of $12K to the candidate who meets the requirements. This is a consultative sales position focused on helping customers make informed decisions regarding system replacement and home comfort improvements. Our leads are company-generated and pre-scheduled, allowing you to focus on what you do best—building trust, providing solutions, and closing sales. Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with residential homeowners Evaluate existing HVAC systems and comfort concerns Present customized replacement and upgrade options Build rapport and establish trust with customers Deliver professional proposals and financing options Close sales and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Qualifications Previous residential in-home sales experience required One-call-close experience strongly preferred HVAC industry knowledge preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Comfortable accessing attics, crawlspaces, and other residential work areas when necessary Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
