SRD Contracting SRD Contracting is looking for experienced sales professionals to help handle overflow leads as they become available. This position is ideal for retired construction professionals, former project managers, estimators, roofing sales representatives, home improvement salespeople, or anyone currently working in the construction industry who is looking for additional income opportunities. This is not a full-time position. Leads will be provided on an as-needed basis when our company has more opportunities than our current sales team can handle. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners and prospective customers. Discuss project needs and present SRD Contracting services. Prepare and present proposals. Follow up with leads provided by the company. Maintain professional communication and customer service. Assist in converting qualified leads into signed contracts. Compensation Compensation is based on a percentage of the total contract value.

Commission Structure:

5% of the total contract amount 25% of earned commission paid when the customer signs the contract and SRD Contracting receives the initial deposit check 25% of earned commission paid when the project reaches approximately 50% completion and the company receives a progress payment Remaining 50% of earned commission paid when the project is completed and the final payment is collected Qualifications Experience in construction sales, home improvement sales, roofing sales, remodeling sales, or related fields preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated and organized. Ability to build trust with homeowners and close sales. Reliable transportation. Why This Position?
