Field Marketing & Sales Representative (Flexible Schedule | Base Pay + Commission)

Shack Shine is looking for an energetic, outgoing person to help grow our presence in the Tampa area through field marketing and in-person sales. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being outside, talking to homeowners, and directly seeing the results of their work. You'll represent the Shack Shine brand in neighborhoods across the city and help homeowners learn about our exterior cleaning services. The schedule is flexible and typically ranges between 20-40 hours per week , depending on availability and workload. This position combines hourly pay with a strong commission structure , meaning high performers can significantly increase their income through the sales they generate.
