Job Description
Golden Movers is growing, and we're looking for an Outside Sales Consultant who can build strong relationships, earn trust, and deliver an exceptional customer experience—not a high-pressure salesperson, but someone who wins business the right way. If you are relationship driven, engaged in the community, and want to help people through major life transitions, we'd love to talk. What You'll Do Conduct in-home and virtual moving consultations Prepare accurate estimates and guide customers through booking Build relationships with realtors and referral partners Attend weekly networking (BNI) and realtor events Follow up consistently with prospects Maintain detailed notes in CRM Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth moves What Success Looks Like 15-20 consultations per week $100K-$150K+ in monthly booked revenue Strong referral network Consistent follow-up and high booking ratio Who You Are Relationship-driven and trustworthy Confident in sales—able to ask great questions, overcome objections, and consistently close business Motivated to grow and earn a strong income Organized and disciplined Enjoys connecting with people Comfortable with technology and CRM systems Compensation & Performance Base salary + commission Expected earnings: $90,000 - $120,000+ Training ramp with bonus during first 90 days
