Sales is your instinct, not an afterthought. You show up to a drain call, clear the blockage, and your eyes are already scanning the whole system — because you know that stopped drain might be a 40-year-old cast iron system that's one backup away from a major problem. And you know how to have that conversation. You're technically sharp on drains — you can run a snake, pull a camera, and read what it shows. But what sets you apart is what happens next: you educate the customer, present options clearly, and you close. You're equally comfortable at a drain call or a leak call, because both are opportunities to diagnose a whole-home plumbing situation and offer real solutions — including repipes when the home needs one. You sell with integrity. You recommend what's right for the customer, build trust, and your reviews reflect it. What The Job Is A drain and plumbing sales role. You will run your own calls — drains, leaks, and related service — diagnose the full plumbing picture, educate customers on what you find, and sell the right solutions. Big-ticket work like sewer replacements, repipes, lining, and restoration is a core part of the opportunity. You own the sale from first call through project completion. This is a commission-driven role. Your income is in your hands. Top performers earn $120K-$180K+. Responsibilities Clear drain blockages and run sewer camera inspections Respond to leak calls and assess whole-home plumbing conditions Identify and sell larger solutions: repipes, pipe lining, leak repair, and restoration Educate customers on findings and present multiple solution options Close the work — book agreements and collect on the spot Communicate with customers and the install team through project completion Manage your pipeline and follow up on unsold opportunities About Us All Pro Plumbing & Air is a leading plumbing and HVAC company serving Tampa Bay and Polk County with a 4.9-star Google rating.
