If you're personable, confident, and motivated, this is a strong opportunity to build a high-income career in a structured, appointment-based environment. What You'll Be Doing Meet with existing customers (appointments are provided) Inspect client properties for evidence of termites Take a consultative approach to recommend appropriate services Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish Additional earning opportunity: When issues are identified, inspectors may generate additional income by consulting with nearby homeowners. What We Provide Pre-scheduled appointments with current customers (no cold calling required) Comprehensive training program: Online training platform Hands-on, in-field training Ongoing support and development Strong earning potential based on performance Compensation 100% commission-based position Average earnings: $1,500 per week Top performers: $2,000+ per week Earnings are performance-based and may vary by individual. What We're Looking For Strong communication skills, especially in person Professional appearance and demeanor Self-motivated and reliable Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required for appointments) Work Environment Field-based role working directly with customers at their properties Local travel required within assigned territory
