About Us Hearth and Fireplace Creations LLC is a growing hearth and fireplace company specializing in gas, wood, electric, and outdoor fireplace solutions for residential and commercial projects. We partner closely with builders, contractors, vendors, and homeowners to deliver high-quality products and professional service from design through installation. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative with a minimum of three years of experience in the hearth, fireplace, or a closely related construction industry. This role is responsible for managing inbound sales, preparing detailed quotes, coordinating with builders, contractors, vendors, and homeowners, and ensuring projects move efficiently from initial sale through installation. This role requires the ability to manage high-volume customer communication, coordinate and oversee showroom appointments, and drive projects from initial inquiry through installation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple customer interactions, emails, and appointments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound sales inquiries from builders, contractors, and homeowners Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and product recommendations Enter and manage sales orders, change orders, and job documentation Coordinate with field technicians, vendors, and project managers Track job status and follow up to ensure timely installations and trim-outs Maintain customer relationships and support repeat business Assist with scheduling, back-orders, and product availability updates Support showroom sales, including managing showroom appointments, as well as phone and email inquiries Maintain accurate records, scheduling, and accounting systems Qualifications 3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (construction, HVAC, or building materials preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to read basic plans or learn fireplace specifications (training provided) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience with Service Titan or order-management systems preferred Ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs at different stages Preferred Experience Hearth, fireplace, HVAC, or construction industry experience Builder or contractor account management Knowledge of gas, wood-burning, electric, or outdoor fireplaces Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Commission or bonus potential Paid time off and holidays 401k after six months Training and growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment
