Job Description

Help Seniors. Build Relationships. Grow a Meaningful Business. Are you a relationship-builder who loves connecting with people and making a difference in your community? At Home Instead Vero Beach, our Business Development Advisor is more than a salesperson. You will be a trusted community ambassador, building relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, seniors, community members, and families while helping older adults receive the care they need to remain safely at home. If you enjoy networking, developing partnerships, and creating measurable results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. What You'll Do ✔ Build and strengthen relationships with referral sources including: Hospitals Physician offices Assisted living communities Skilled nursing facilities Home health agencies Rehabilitation centers Hospice providers ✔ Generate qualified client inquiries and new care starts through community outreach and relationship-building ✔ Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and networking activities throughout Indian River County and surrounding areas ✔ Track activity, opportunities, and results in Salesforce CRM ✔ Participate in community events, health fairs, and professional networking opportunities ✔ Conduct care consultations and assist with new client starts when needed ✔ Collaborate with our office team to ensure an exceptional client experience from referral to service What Makes You Successful Naturally outgoing and relationship-oriented Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field Strong communicator and presenter Organized with excellent follow-through Results-driven and accountable Passionate about helping seniors and their families Qualifications 2+ years of proven sales, business development, healthcare marketing, or relationship management experience Healthcare, senior care, home care, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or community outreach experience preferred Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to spend significant time in the community developing relationships Why Join Home Instead?
