Responsibilities Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve regional targets through coaching, training, and performance management. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to your territory, leveraging market analysis and customer insights. Build and nurture lasting relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that drive mutual growth. Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and engaging with potential clients across diverse industries. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads within your territory. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative environment. Knowledge of marketing principles and the ability to leverage marketing strategies for business growth. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong business development capabilities.
