Gables Motorsports is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We are not necessarily looking for someone with years of sales experience—we are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong people skills, and a genuine passion for the powersports and boating lifestyle. If you love our products and can share that enthusiasm with customers, we can teach you the rest. What You'll Do Welcome and assist customers in our showroom and through digital inquiries Learn our inventory of powersports vehicles, boats, accessories, and related products Build relationships with customers and guide them through the purchasing process Follow up consistently with leads using phone, email, text, and CRM tools Maintain detailed customer records and activity within our CRM system Stay knowledgeable about current products, features, and promotions Ask for the sale and confidently help customers make buying decisions Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale What We're Looking For Genuine enthusiasm for powersports, boating, and outdoor recreation Outstanding conversational and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to learn product knowledge quickly Comfortable using computers, smartphones, email, and CRM software at a high level Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail Resilience and confidence—you understand that not every customer will buy, and you don't take rejection personally Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional appearance and demeanor

Physical Capacity:

Able to lift and move up to 40-500 lbs safely. We move Motorcycles regularly! Sales Experience? Prior sales experience is not required .
