Duties Meet with company-provided homeowner appointments to present and sell residential roofing replacement and roof rejuvenation services. Conduct in-home consultations, assess roof conditions, provide expert recommendations, and close sales Conduct thorough product demonstrations and roof inspections to educate clients on roofing options, materials, and benefits. Manage a designated territory by identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and expanding market presence through strategic business development initiatives. Utilize CRM software such as JobNimbus to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently. Negotiate project scope, pricing, and terms with clients to secure contracts that meet both customer needs and company goals. Collaborate with management to develop targeted marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation efforts. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact through project completion. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2C (business-to-consumer) sales, or technical sales within the construction or home improvement industry is highly preferred. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation independently. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities and customer interactions. Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-focused approach to upselling and closing deals effectively. Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and territory sales strategies. Strong analysis skills to evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs for targeted outreach. Exceptional communication skills for conducting product demos, explaining technical details clearly, and building rapport with clients. Ability to work independently in inside sales environments as well as conduct effective cold calling campaigns.
