$20/hour Part Time | Flexible Side Job Caring Transitions is hiring a part-time Team Leader to help oversee senior relocation, downsizing, estate cleanouts, organizing projects, and estate sale setups. This is an excellent flexible side job opportunity with approximately 1-3 jobs per week depending on scheduling and client demand. Team Leaders help guide small crews onsite while ensuring projects stay organized, efficient, and professional.

Responsibilities:

Lead small teams during jobs Help organize and coordinate project tasks Pack, sort, organize, and prepare homes Assist with estate sale setup and cleanouts Communicate professionally with clients and team members Ensure projects stay on schedule

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation Strong communication and leadership skills Organized and dependable Ability to lift and move household items Comfortable working in clients' homes Prior moving, organizing, retail, staging, or leadership experience is helpful but not required Perfect for someone looking for: Flexible extra income Supplemental part-time work A rewarding role helping families through transitions Training provided.
