This is not a role for someone who needs to be trained from scratch. We are looking for motivated, confident sales reps who can work independently, speak with homeowners, create conversations, and close. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred. The opportunity is real, but it will require consistency, discipline, and strong field execution. We may consider the right person without direct experience if they have exceptional work ethic, confidence, and reliability.
