The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with potential buyers, managing the sales pipeline, and promoting our high-end vehicle inventory. Multilingual abilities and experience with CRM software are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and streamline sales processes. The Automotive Salesperson will play a key role in expanding our market presence through effective B2B and retail sales strategies, upselling premium vehicles, and supporting dealership growth. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach campaigns Conduct in-depth consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience Negotiate terms, prices, and financing options to maximize sales while maintaining customer satisfaction Utilize CRM software to track interactions, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records of sales activities Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service packages, and accessories to increase revenue Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current inventory levels, features, and pricing strategies Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and participate in public speaking or community events to boost dealership visibility Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring positive relationships for repeat business Support inventory management and control efforts to ensure optimal stock levels of high-end vehicles Experience Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales environments is preferred Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end vehicle sales is highly desirable Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively Experience with CRM software and inventory management systems Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities Multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple prospects and maintaining detailed records Background in marketing or outbound sales strategies is advantageous Prior dealership experience will be considered an asset but is not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates
