You'll build relationships, identify opportunities, and connect clients with solutions that deliver value. What You'll Do Promote Palmer Electric's full range of services, including: Electrical Services Commercial and Residential Electrical Contracting Electrical Service & Maintenance Lighting & Fixture Solutions Low Voltage & Life Safety Solutions Low Voltage, Nurse Call, Fire Alarm & Life Safety, and Access Control & Security Systems Represent Palmer Electric at networking events, industry meetings, and trade shows throughout Central Florida. Build relationships with contractors, property managers, facility managers, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, senior living communities, and other commercial clients. Generate qualified leads, manage an active sales pipeline, and secure new business opportunities. Partner with estimating, project management, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions. Identify market opportunities and support the company's growth strategy. What We're Looking For 3+ years of successful experience in business development, account management, sales, or customer relationship management. Knowledge of electrical contracting, construction, low voltage systems, facilities management, building systems, healthcare technology, or related industries preferred. Existing professional relationships within commercial construction, healthcare, facilities management, hospitality, education, senior living, or property management strongly preferred. Proven ability to develop new business and maintain long-term client relationships. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Central Florida market.
