We specialize in premium motorized screens and shades, retractable awnings and outdoor storm shutters. Our clients are residential homeowners, businesses and custom home builders and remodelers. Our company has built a strong reputation through quality workmanship, excellent customer service and long-standing relationships throughout the industry. Position Overview We are looking for the right person to help us elevate our sales process, strengthen customer relationships and expand our builder and referral network. We are looking for a professional, relationship-oriented individual who wants to grow with a well-established company and become an important part of our future. The Outdoor Living Sales Consultant will initially work closely with the owner and management to learn about our products, processes and customer experience. During onboarding, you will shadow sales appointments, installations, and office to develop a strong understanding of our products and services. This will enable you to transition into managing your own sales appointments, lead management, customer follow up, builder relationships and business development.
This position combines:
Inside sales support and pipeline management Outside residential, commercial and new construction sales Builder and referral networking Business Development Responsibilities Handle incoming sales inquiries and customer follow up Manage and track leads through our CRM system Run outside sales calls in residential, commercial and new construction environments Learn product applications, installation methods and service processes Participating in networking opportunities including local builder association events Follow up on all quotes and open opportunities Maintain a high-quality customer experience from initial inquiry through project completion What We're Looking For Construction-related sales experience preferred Home improvement, outdoor living, remodeling, windows/doors, pool or similar industry experience is a plus Strong communication and relationship building skills Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented Comfortable working with office-based technology Comfortable learning technical products Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation and Benefits Base salary plus performance bonuses Expected total compensation: approximately $60,000-$100,000+ depending on performance and business development Paid vacation Paid holidays Company matching 401 (k) Paid company training
