About the Role This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, confident phone skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly — while also delivering professional, polished designs. The right candidate is energetic, articulate, solutions-oriented, and comfortable guiding customers through the design and ordering process both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales ✔ Deliver exceptional in-store and phone customer service ✔ Communicate clearly and confidently with customers ✔ Ask questions to understand client needs and recommend solutions ✔ Guide customers through apparel selection and design options ✔ Process orders accurately and efficiently ✔ Follow up on quotes, approvals, and production timelines ✔ Ensure a smooth, professional experience from first contact to final delivery Graphic Design ✔ Create custom artwork for t-shirts, uniforms, and promotional products ✔ Prepare print-ready files using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator ✔ Ensure brand consistency and accuracy ✔ Adjust designs based on client feedback ✔ Support marketing materials and in-store visuals What We're Looking For Experience Minimum 1 year of graphic design experience Strong background in customer service (retail, hospitality, or sales preferred) Experience handling phone calls professionally and confidently Skills ✔ Excellent verbal communication skills ✔ Confident, friendly, and energetic personality ✔ Strong people skills and relationship-building ability ✔ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator ✔ Detail-oriented and organized ✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Education High school diploma + 2 years of work experience OR Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Professional appearance and demeanor
