Job Description

Sales & Marketing Lead — Thrive Medical Wellness Heartwell Medical Group / Thrive Full-time | $16/hour base + commission | Tuesday-Friday (32 hrs) or Monday-Friday (40 hrs) About Us Thrive is the medical wellness and body contouring service line of Heartwell Medical Group, a cardiology practice in Winter Park, FL. We offer body contouring (truSculpt, truFlex), medical weight loss programs, vascular and laser services, and concierge-level care. Our patients are professionals who value results, discretion, and a high-touch medical experience. We're scaling rapidly and looking for someone who can grow with us — turning marketing leads into long-term patients, building our membership programs, and being the face of Thrive between consultations and treatments. The Role You'll be the operational heart of Thrive — the person who keeps the patient experience seamless from first inquiry to ongoing care. You'll work closely with Dr. Sharma and the medical team, while owning patient communications, scheduling, lead conversion, and our marketing presence. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. What You'll DoPatient Coordination (Primary) Lead follow-up: Respond to inquiries (web, phone, walk-in) within 1 hour during business hours. Convert consultation requests into booked appointments.
Scheduling:
Manage the truSculpt, truFlex, laser, and medical weight loss schedule across Patient Now. Coordinate provider availability with patient preferences.
Patient communications:
Pre-treatment instructions, post-treatment follow-up calls, package upsells, retention check-ins for membership patients.
Treatment day support:
Patient intake, InBody body composition scans, room turnover, basic treatment assistance under provider direction. Marketing & Outreach Weekly email newsletters: One Thrive-focused (services, promotions, patient stories), one Heartwell-focused (cardiology practice updates) — written, designed, and sent every week without fail.
Social media:
Daily Instagram and Facebook content for Thrive — before/after posts (with patient consent), promotional graphics, educational content. Maintain consistent posting schedule. B2B referral outreach: Visit local practices, gyms, salons, and businesses to build referral relationships. Drop off materials, schedule lunch-and-learns, follow up with referral partners. This includes Heartwell as well as Thrive — you'll help us build provider-to-provider referral channels. Membership Growth MWL Membership program ($250/month): Identify candidates, convert consultations to monthly memberships, track retention, manage churn. Concierge Membership ($1,000/month): Recognize high-value patients, position the program appropriately, nurture toward conversion. What We're Looking ForMust Have Patient-facing experience in a medical, aesthetic, salon, dental, or hospitality setting (1+ years) Strong written communication — your emails and social posts will represent the brand. We need someone who writes well. Comfort with technology — EMR/practice management software (we use Patient Now), email marketing tools (Mailchimp/similar), social media platforms, basic graphic design (Canva is fine) Self-directed — we don't have a manager looking over your shoulder. You'll be expected to own your week and follow through on commitments. Sales-friendly — comfortable with consultative selling, asking for the booking, presenting packages and memberships confidently. Reliable transportation — for B2B outreach visits Strongly Preferred Bilingual English/Spanish Prior medspa, aesthetics, or wellness clinic experience Familiarity with truSculpt, truFlex, laser services, or medical weight loss programs (semaglutide/tirzepatide) Social media management experience for a business account Email marketing or basic copywriting experience Bonus Photography skills (for before/after, social content) Local network in Winter Park, FL area Familiarity with cardiology or general medical office workflows Compensation Base pay: $16/hour Commissions (uncapped): 8% of truSculpt single-session and package bookings you generate (~$96

Your earnings scale directly with practice growth — the more patients you bring in and convert, the more you earn.
Schedule & Logistics Hours:
Tuesday-Friday (32 hours/week) or Monday-Friday (40 hours/week) — flexible based on candidate fit Typical day: 8:30 AM
