Entry-Level Sales Representative - AT&T

BH Management Group is transforming connectivity in Atlanta, GA, and we're seeking an AT&T Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our sales and development team. This full‑time role focuses on executing direct customer acquisitions by connecting our customers with the speed, reliability, and long‑term value of AT&T Fiber. As an AT&T Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will receive ongoing coaching and training that turns you into a sales expert on AT&T Fiber. Once you are ready, you will work in person with our customers, educating and helping them switch to next‑generation fiber. The AT&T Entry-Level Sales Representative's sales success is rewarded with management training, offering a path into leadership. Responsibilities of the AT&T Entry-Level Sales Representative Connect personally with customers to showcase the benefits of switching to AT&T Fiber high-speed internet. Boost sales performance by explaining how AT&T Fiber delivers consistent speeds and unlimited data for modern homes. Provide tailored recommendations that match AT&T Fiber plans to each customer's specific online lifestyle. Support sales growth by helping customers upgrade from slower internet to the superior performance of AT&T Fiber. Offer friendly guidance throughout the decision process to make choosing AT&T Fiber simple and stress-free. Achieve strong results by turning every customer interaction into successful AT&T Fiber sales opportunities. Qualifications of an AT&T Entry-Level Sales Representative A high school diploma or equivalent background is preferred. Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus; no prior experience required. Collaborates effectively with fellow AT&T Entry-Level Sales Representatives. Positive and adaptable attitude in a dynamic, customer-focused sales environment. Excellent work ethic with a focus on meeting personal and team sales targets.

Pay:

$4,350.00 - $5,325.00 per month
