Inside Sales and Dispatch Coordinator

Wright Turf is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team. This position combines customer service, sales, and dispatch responsibilities in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with product inquiries and orders Coordinate and schedule turf deliveries with customers and drivers Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales paperwork Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and order status Maintain accurate records and customer information Assist with office administration and daily operations Work closely with production, drivers, and management to ensure efficient service Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships Qualifications Strong Communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment Basic computer skills and experience with office software Sales experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
