You should be able to explain options clearly, help customers make confident decisions, and deliver an experience that makes them excited to leave a great review. Responsibilities:
- Utilize our CRM system to monitor and swiftly respond to inbound leads and messages throughout the day
- Host productive sales calls to build rapport, educate on product offerings, and negotiate deals to meet sales targets
- Greet and assist walk-in consultations
- Manage B2B accounts such as dealerships and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Regularly collaborate with management for sales support and development
- Update client information within the CRM to organize to track deal "stages" and log relevant notes from conversations
- Regularly collaborate with shop coordinators to understand scheduling availability
- Schedule appointments for clients and log ample notes via the Acuity Scheduling app
- Use QuickBooks to draft estimates based on sales conversations/ booked appointments
- Coordinate with third parties as needed (booking a rental car, booking a dent repair technician, etc.)
- Periodically attend car shows/events to build brand awareness and generate new leads
- Conduct yourself with professionalism at all times, understanding that your actions directly reflect on the company's reputation
Experience:
- Work experience in the automotive space
- Proven experience in full-time a sales and/or customer service role
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Proficient with CRM systems
