Job description:
This is a sales role . We are seeking Results-Driven individuals. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference, energetic, and loves to win. Hospice Consultants serve as the face of the organization within the healthcare community. You are tasked with increasing the number of lives we impact daily. As a Hospice Sales Consultant , you will make direct contact with Physicians, Hospital Case Managers, Resident Care Coordinators, Social Workers, community leaders, or any other individual that generates referrals to hospice. You will also be asked to meet with patients and families to present hospice services to them. To be successful, you should have territory management experience. The preference is for a tenured hospice sales professional who has a book of business. We are seeking an individual who establishes relationships within the community and is focused on growth . RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate appropriate referrals to Golden Rule Hospice from current and new partners within territory. Facilitate and maintain beneficial relationships with all referral sources, including: physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health companies, and hospitals. Complete effective daily in-person visits with referral sources. Complete presentations that influence the community to utilize Golden Rule's services. Create strategic marketing and growth plans for designated territory. Maintain a structured schedule of field visits and community engagement activities Be a patient advocate. Provide educational in-services to accounts on a regular basis. Participates in professional organizations in the community. Implement and maintain good 'sales habits', including efficient time and territory management. Become familiar with the Medicare hospice benefit. Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive team, patient, and referral information. Provide required reports in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree or a professional degree is preferred. A minimum of two years of professional sales experience in hospice, home health or healthcare sales is required. Excellent communication skills, observation skills, and public relations skills. Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
