Job Description As a full-time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining relationships with referral partners, and promoting our Restoration services to prospective clients. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced industry. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Promote Restoration 1's services and provide tailored solutions to potential and active clients
  • Follow up on leads and referrals
  • Track and report sales activities in our CRM
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer needs are met
  • Represent the company professionally at community and industry events
  • Make presentations to small groups Qualifications  High school diploma or equivalent  Understands and effectively applies the concepts of differentiation and adding value.
Knows customer markets, the issues and challenges they face, and can translate that information into useful selling strategies. Builds long-term relationships that drive increased revenue and demand for services.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  Able to build and maintain strong client relationships  Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively  Self-motivated and results-driven  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation  Experience using CRM software to track sales activities preferred Working Conditions
  • The work of this position is predominantly carried out in an office environment; the majority of time being spent at customer and prospect's business locations. Daily travel by car is expected.
