In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and showcasing our sod and landscape supplies. Your enthusiasm for sales and marketing combined with your strategic mindset will help us reach new heights. This hourly + commission position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while making a tangible impact on our growth trajectory. Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing accounts, focusing on B2B (business-to-business) relationships. Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs promptly, and fostering long term partnerships. Identify market trends through analysis skills, competitor research, and customer feedback to inform marketing campaigns and sales tactics. Organize and participate in outside sales activities, including meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand our reach. Managing our website and social media presence. Requirements Proven experience in sales or marketing roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills essential for managing multiple clients and campaigns effectively. Demonstrated ability in account management with a focus on building lasting customer relationships. Proficiency in analysis skills to interpret sales data, market research, and customer insights for strategic decision-making. Knowledge of B2B sales processes, outside sales techniques, and customer service best practices. Familiarity with CRM's (Tool Hub, Pipeline), Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with analysis tools is a plus.
