Inside Sales Support Atlanta, GA 30318 $50,000

  • Full-time Family-owned business serving commercial contractors since 1993, with locations in Nashville, Austin, Dallas & Atlanta.
We are currently seeking individuals for our Atlanta branch who work well with others and can perform their duties with integrity, professionalism, and care. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist Branch Manager with daily duties that involve supporting all aspects of the business related to sales, purchasing, and fulfillment.
  • Assist Outside Sales Representatives with entering, pulling, product procurement, and fulfilling orders
  • Potential for advancement within the company.
  • Receive Purchase Orders related to pending orders, and process for any orders needing fulfillment.
  • Help Service Will Call customers, answer incoming and help direct customer calls
  • Coordinate with Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure orders are delivered in an efficient manner
  • Regular maintenance and oversight of open Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and other tasks related to job duties.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Work in a fast paced, team environment to contribute wherever needed to complete daily priorities.

  • Excellent customer service & attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and retain information as it relates to the position.
  • Be willing to adapt when priorities change based on customer needs, and the order of tasks may need to change quickly in order to pivot and get the job done efficiently.
  • Well developed interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions precisely.
  • Possess good communication skills and an ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Be proactive in solving problems, without conflict, and continue improving efficiency and processes
Requirements:
Experience in construction or contractor supplies is helpful, but not required. No known physical limitations that would prevent sitting or standing for long periods of time, the ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds (lbs), or perform listed job duties as deemed suitable by company Work Monday thru Friday, 6:30am
  • 4pm Must be able to pass a background check 21 years old with a clean driving record, a plus but not required Reliable transportation to/from work Company benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life
