We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, customer service, and design, with the ability to engage with clients effectively. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, providing expert advice on products and services, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the sales process. The Associate will also be responsible for maintaining an organized and visually appealing retail environment. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations. Manage inventory through stocking, cash handling, and POS operations. Maintain knowledge of current trends in renovation, construction, and interior design. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with effective communication skills. Support marketing initiatives to promote high-end sales. Skills Proficiency in outside sales techniques and inside sales strategies. Familiarity with basic design principles. Strong people skills with a focus on high-end sales environments. Experience in remodeling, renovation, or construction industries is preferred. Excellent organizational skills. Strong communication skills to foster positive customer relationships. Ability to perform product demos that highlight features and benefits effectively. Experience in maintenance tasks related to retail environments is beneficial. What You'll Do Greet and welcome customers, ensuring every visitor feels at home in our showroom. Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward hearth products, grills, or outdoor kitchen solutions that fit their style and lifestyle. Learn the basics of our product lines (training provided) and communicate options clearly. Assist with maintaining an inviting, well-presented showroom environment. Provide brochures, samples, or initial quotes and connect customers with technical staff for next steps. Support showroom events & product demos. What We're Looking For Outgoing and personable, with genuine enthusiasm for helping people. Strong communication and listening skills. Interest in home design, outdoor living, or architecture is a plus. Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (but not required).
