Duties Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to develop a robust sales pipeline. Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features that match customer needs and preferences. Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management to ensure optimal vehicle availability and presentation. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress, maintaining organized records of customer interactions. Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to enhance customer value. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and public speaking engagements to attract new clients. Maintain a thorough understanding of automobile features, market trends, and competitive offerings to stay ahead in high-end sales environments. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans for expanding B2B sales channels and increasing overall dealership revenue. Experience Proven experience in automotive or retail sales, with a strong background in outside sales or B2B sales preferred. Demonstrated success in negotiation, upselling, and closing high-value deals within a dealership or similar environment. Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases. Experience in inventory management, retail math, and dealership operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Public speaking skills that help promote products at events or community engagements are a plus. Knowledge of outbound sales techniques such as cold calling combined with outstanding phone etiquette will set you apart as a top performer.
